If you hold an SIA Door Supervisor Licence that was issued before October 2021, you must complete a Top-Up Training Course before renewing your licence. This course is legally required by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to ensure that all operatives are up to date with the latest industry standards, safety protocols, and terrorism awareness.

What Is Top-Up Training?
The Top-Up Training for Door Supervisors is a mandatory refresher course for existing SIA licence holders. It introduces new skills and knowledge that were not part of the original training, including:
First Aid awareness
Terror threat awareness (ACT)
Physical intervention skills refresher
Updated conflict management and safety procedures

To enroll in this course, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Hold a current or recently expired SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Have a valid Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate (minimum 12 months remaining)
Don’t have First Aid? No worries – we can include it as part of your booking!

Assessment: Multiple-choice exams + practical observation
